What started as a bold culinary idea has become a nationwide company with more than 1,500 employees — driven by the same belief that shaped us from day one: workplace food can be better. Much better.
From the very beginning, we chose to take a different path. As one of the first providers in Germany, we expanded traditional workplace restaurants by introducing coffee bars with our own trained baristas — creating spaces that offer quality, connection and enjoyment throughout the entire day.
Fresh coffee, carefully crafted by hand, combined with small, high-quality snacks: a concept that may feel natural today, but at the time was true pioneering work.
Another milestone in our journey is our very own 11te product range. From bratwurst, meatballs and currywurst to sauces and further much-loved classics, we develop and produce selected products ourselves — based on our own recipes and our uncompromising standards of quality.
The same applies to our coffee. With our own roasting, we create a product that perfectly reflects our understanding of hospitality: individual, premium and full of character.
And our passion for food goes far beyond everyday catering. One of the highlights of our year is the annual Riesling Gala, where enjoyment, craftsmanship and partnership take centre stage.
From our first workplace restaurant to becoming a holistic culinary partner for companies, our journey began with simply great food, done right — and a deep desire to bring people together through quality, reliability and creativity.
